[[Stormy]] is a nice, water resistance and windproof fleece jacket that fits all kinds of weather. Use it as layer 2 at colder temperatures and layer 3 at warmer. It has good breathability, reflective details, drawstring at the waist, comfortable cuffs and two side pockets with zippers.
